Prices depends on season and length of stay ! On request we will submit an offer for a booking over a long period  (1 month or longer)!

all prices in EURO per night incl. tax, excl. 3.2% city-tax:

• Complete cleaning on check-out date: EUR 99,- (from 2 weeks stay)
• Deposit EUR 500,- cash or credit card

Cancellation Policy:
No charge for cancellation up to 14 days before arrival.
By later cancellation two nights will be charged and up to 4 days before arrival the full booking amount will be charged.

Attention:
At certain special events like Christmas, New Year, Easter Holidays, etc., cancellation conditions will be announced with individual reservation confirmations.
