Rates are depending upon various factors, for example:
- season
- fair period
- public holidays
- duration of stay

all prices in EURO per night, incl. tax, excl. city-tax 3.2%
1 Child ages 0-4 years: free in the room of their parents.
Extras:
Parking-garage: EUR 20,-/per day
Buffet-breakfast: EUR 15,-/per person (or external guests EUR 20,-/per person)
Free WLAN available in all rooms and apartments !
Airport Transfer: EUR 45,- (between 11pm to 4am: EUR 55,-) one way (hotel-airport) or (airport-hotel)
Cancellation Policy:
No charge for cancellation up to 3 days before arrival.
By later cancellation one night will be charged and in case of no show or cancellation on arrival date the full booking amount will be charged.
Attention:
At certain special events like Christmas, New Year, Easter Holidays, etc., cancellation conditions will be announced with individual reservation confirmations.
